James formed EMGA in 2007 at Morley Hayes and has seen the Academy grow into Derbyshire's No.1 Golf venue. His reputation as a coach is quickly catching up with his playing credentials as James is involved with Derbyshire county squads at Mens, Ladies & Junior level and lead coach for Derby Performance Academy and Derbyshire U.16's. He is also the personal coach to many of Derbyshires up and coming young players and his ability to share his experience of competition combined with his growing technical knowledge is invaluable.

James is the current Derbyhire No.1 player who is consistently ranked in the top 20 in the UK, he has also represented England in the European team championships and GB&I in the PGA Cup v's America. James combines all lessons with computer swing analysis and teaching aids where required to enhance the overall learning experience. A great coach to take your game to the next level.
